The 64bit RPM for 64bit openSUSE 11.3 are installed in the wrong directory.
It is install at /usr/lib/cups...It should be /usr/lib64/cups because it is 64bit version. Because of this, some program that make used of ipp (in /usr/lib64/cups/backend/ipp) unable to run because it cannot find ipp.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just check the /usr/lib64/cup and /usr/lib/cup.
2. Can also do a rpm2cpio to extract the RPM to a directory to confirm it.
