After installing the kernel patch 3038 on my thinkpad, my external keyboard stops working.
Doesn't matter if I connect the logitech receiver via usb or ps2 connector.

the "connected" light on the receiver just goes off after a few seconds.

how do i tell zypper to silently disregard this patch on "zypper patch" or "zypper up" or "zypper dup" runs?

This looks like USB autosuspend as well...

not exactly, it happens with the keyboard connected via PS2 connection as well...
