Go to help, contents, features and usage, directory 
tools, overview and click on the Identity Vault 
browser link.  Notice that it can not find the 
page.  This is happening only on linux builds.

Removed the link from systemtools/Overview.html. Actually, I think that this
problem has gone away and that the help files aren't used or necessary. The
Subversion diretory doesn't include a systemtools directory, and the Table of
Contents doesn't display a Directory Tools topic. Marking as fixed.
