ORIGINALLY SUBMITTED TO BUG TRACKER BY: cgaisford

API samples were shown at BrainShare on how to use the simias, 
addressbook, and iFolder components. That sample code is not 
available anywhere on the site.

All of the APIs have been changed to be web services.  Once this
effort is completed we will re-visit this.

For now, this will be handled with the NDK work that Jeff Harris is doing.

Sean Beall is handling iFolder 3 now, and I'll let him decide whether this bug needs to be open anymore. I doubt it does.
