Description Sharon Smith 2005-04-04 22:20:09 UTC
iFolder build: 20050401

I am attempting to resolve a name collision and it does not appear to be
working correctly.

Steps to dupe:
1. Create an iFolder and share it (in my case I created it on a windows client
and shared it with 2 clients a windows and a linux client)
2. Setup the iFolder on the client you shared it with
3. Create a file called 'test.txt' on one of the clients and hit 'sync now'
4. On one of the other clients create a file named 'test.txt' and hit 'sync
now'
5. You will get notified of a collision, when you bring up the collision
resolution window you will be allowed to save (rename) the local copy of the
file, rename it to 'test-local.txt'
6. Hit sync now
**My status shows 1 object out of sync, also the file I had renamed (the local
copy of the file) never syncs up to the server. I hit 'sync now' several
times and it never syncs up.
In the Simias.log I am getting a failed to upload file error.

I'll attach a screenshot and the Simias.log. In the Simias.log 1.txt is the
file that generated the naming collision.
