Description : Instead of having a checkbox that lets the user change the
credentials of the authentication, why don't we simply have a authentication box
that prepopulates the Username and Password with the username and password of
the currently autheticated user? 

This would make it a one click login for users set up as the ifolder admin, but
also allow for the user to change the authentication method. This would also
decrease the amount of localized text on this page.
