Description : The change password dialogue for the proxy user in iManager should
change the ldap password as well as the password on the filesystem

Steps to reproduce : 
1.change the password in iManager plugin
2.try to login to iManager with the new proxy user password
3.

Actual Results : Its only changing the filesystem password for the roster. This
could cause problems if the roster is unable to sync with ldap due to the proxy
user having a differnent password

This page does not change ANYTHING in LDAP. This page contains only 
information that the iFolder server will use to contact LDAP.  Essentially 
this page is directly equivalent to a login prompt. On the login prompt you 
specify where and what to login as.  

If you enter your password wrong the sync does not change your password in 
LDAP, it rejects the connection attempt, same as a login prompt.

This will be called out explicitly as soon as we get the help from 
documentation (should be soon).

Even if we wanted to, the iFolder server does not have rights to modify any 
LDAP object.

due to the rights issue in ldap this defect cannot be fixed
