Currently we cannot change the name of an NCP server 
imported into Designer. We need to be able to do so 
in order to import from one server and deploy to 
another.

Added config page for Server objects that allow the user to 
change the name or context of the server. Tested feature by 
importing from Tree1 Server1.Novell to Tree2 Server2.N
