There are several processes that keep on running after a user logs out.
One of them is uim-helper-server.

We're not going to fix this anymore for 9.3.  If the bug exists on 10.3 as well, please reopen and change the product.

Yes, the bug still exists in 10.3.

Andreas, does this still happen in 11.1?  If yes, please reopen.  If not: I close it as wontfix for 10.3.
