I think this may have somthing to do with switching between high level and detail views. If you cannot duplicate this after import, try switching between high and detail views and see if the problem shows up. It's not drawing black lines anymore, but as you switch modes and add other connections, extraneous white dotted lines get added. *** Bug 5201 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Someone opened another bug that deals with the other aspect that I mentioned.
