Looks strange, maybe it's a translation issue... How can I reproduce the bug? Which action triggered this dialog? It's translation issue because in English buttons have different texts. To reproduce problem you have to open Yast -> Software Management (or Online Update), then tick any package you want to install and then push cancel button (in bottom-right corner). Reassigning to translations then. By the way, you should mention which language you are using. It may be obvious to you, but I personally cannot recognize it (I can hardly recognize 4 or 5 languages). I could repro it on SLES 12 SP1.
Abandon vs. Cancel (in earlier times it was Abort vs. Cancel). Translators can hardly get this right. Longer button text could help ("Abandon Changes" vs. "Close this Message Box" ;) ).
Shane, we I probably should update the Russian translation. To speed up the process, we can use the community translations (that is currently only used on Tumbleweed):
