Provide a input/output document compare tool for users to easily see the 
differences in the input and output documents after a transformation.

Users can now select a compare button on the output page that will allow them to compare the results of the simulation with the input document.

Brent talked about pulling this out of 1.1.  Going to re-open for brent to add this to later builds, marking future.

This is in the 1.1 release.

Changing Found in version to 1.2.0 Designer since these were resolved in 2.0M1-3 (aka 1.2.0)
