Steps to reproduce:

1.  Edit an entity.
2.  Click on the Add/Remove button next to Auxiliary Classes field.

Notice that the remove button is enabled with no items in the selected list.

The buttons in the Add/Remove dialogs are now disabled until users select an
item in the correct list.  If they select an item in the left list, the "Add"
button is enabled and the "Remove" disabled.  If they select select an item in
the right list, the "Remove" button is enabled while the "Add" is disabled.
