Stefan, this is strange - the check marks on the left side are displayed properly. Martin, is a standard checkmark used there? No, it's not strange at all - the check marks on the side bar are PNG icons, those in the dialog content should come from some Unicode-capable font. I am really fed up with those neverending broken glyphs. I think we will drop them in the near future. They create a lot more trouble than they are worth. Adrian, you wanted to take care of the font stuff... ;-) Our current default font in instsys, "Albany AMT" (from the agfa-fonts package) doesn't have the checkmarks. Actually none of the other scalable fonts in instsys seems to have the checkmarks either. The only font in instsys which *does* have the checkmarks is the "Gnu Unifont". Therefore Qt3 should fallback to the "Gnu Unifont" for the checkmarks. That Qt3 doesn't do this is a Qt3 bug. *** Bug 113746 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Add Stephan Kulow <coolo@suse.de> to CC: as an additional Qt3 expert. *** Bug 61280 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
