Server : Windows2012 R2 
Build  : novell-vibe-4.0.2-windows_20160702193924
Client : Windows 7 64bit/IE 11

Steps to Reproduce:
01.Log in to Vibe "http://vibe_hostname";
02.Click "Guestbook",then click "Sign the guestbook";
03.In the "Description" section,click the "Expand" icon in the HTML editor,
   then click the "Insert a link to another page" icon;
04.Input some chars in "Page name to link to:" field;
05.Click "Insert" link;
06.Click OK button,then view this entry.

Actual Result:
Please see screenshot.Some incorrect chars are displayed in
"Description" field. 

Expected Results:
It should be displayed normally.

This appears to have been an issue since 4.0.

It's now fixed.

This fix is in the Vibe OnPrem 4.0.2 build 20160802193926.  open source project revision 23585, and closed source project revision 8083.
