Details:  Open the properties pages for a driverset and select the Global
Configuration Values page. You can add new GCVs or edit existing GCVs and OK and
the model isn't marked dirty. Changing values for a GCV or removing a GCV does
mark the model.

OS/Config:  Build 20050729_1425 on Win2KPro and NLD9

Fixed. I had to add some notification code to the model for this to work 
properly. This works in all editors that I could see...
