Also after reviewing the code, 13.2/ImageMagick and 12/ImageMagick is affected.

Valgrind errors went away after patching.
While poking around the segfault described in bug 1000701, I discovered that one of the commit could have been actually usable in 11/ImageMagick.
I believe all fixed.
