sorry but I forgot in our discussion last week that during the installation the
help text bar is not displayed and will be seen only after click on "Help".
Therefore we must move the text to the main window as shown in one of your
proposals.

OK, I will put the text there in Qt interface (and put the same help text as 
was in NLD to help bar in case user shows it), and leave NCurses as it is now 
(as there is always help text shown in NCurses.

Eh, I will rather keep the look of the dialogs identical, it would just create 
more load for translations (as I'd have to have the text twice - once with 
HTML tags and once without).
