12/ImageMagick exhibits valgrind --leak-check error, so does 11/ImageMagick and 11/GraphicsMagick. ImageMagick: the patch fixed the valgrind error for me GraphicsMagick: TODO
dcm.c decoder was rewritten between 11/GraphicsMagick and 42.1/GraphicsMagick, it does not seem to need the commit bound to this CVE. Considering 42.1/GraphicsMagick and 42.2/GraphicsMagick unaffected.
In summary, affected: 11/ImageMagick 12/ImageMagick 11/GraphicsMagick Similar solution used everywhere.
I believe all fixed.
