Description Andreas Klein 2005-08-11 20:07:38 UTC
The kdm login-screen does not contain the hostname, even if it configured with
kde control centre.
Comment 1 Stephan Kulow 2005-08-12 08:21:09 UTC
you're talking about the theme? Then there won't ever be a host name - and if
you're talking about the non-themed version, then this works fine for me.
Comment 2 Andreas Klein 2005-08-12 08:26:21 UTC
Yes, I am talking about the theme, that is used by default.
If I use the 93 theme, then the hostname is shown. The nice new blue theme
including the hostname would be great.
Comment 3 Stephan Kulow 2005-08-12 08:57:05 UTC
not my decision, but I suggest you expect to live with a wontfix - but a) you
can customize the theme to your liking and b) the 93 theme will be available
for kdm at least

sorry to say this, but for 10.0 this is a wontfix
