Bugzilla – Bug 104281
Suggest New Software instructions don't work
Last modified: 2005-08-12 07:58:11 UTC
This was sent via the feedback link at the bottom of the website: From houghi@hougi.org URL: https://bugzilla.novell.com/enter_bug.cgi? Locale: en On http://www.opensuse.org/index.php/How_to_participate#Suggest_New_Software it is explained that to suggest new software you should go to bugzilla and select `Enter a bug` and then select `SUSE Linux Package Wishlist.` as product. However I do not have this choice. I have Hula, iFolder Denali, OpenOfiice 1.0 and 2.0, openSUSE, SUSE Linux 10.0 and TaskJuggler. What is the reason and how could I get access to the said product?

"Novell Account" is necessary. # 'SUSE Linux Package Wishlist' to contribute 1. Please Registration. (https://secure-www.novell.com/selfreg/jsp/createAccount.jsp?target=) 2. Please login by Novell Account. (http://www.novell.com/nps) 3. Again, please access bugzilla. (https://bugzilla.novell.com/index.cgi) 4.The procedure afterwards is the same.
The Project people of the commercial products decided that they want to keep that list closed. I added a wishlist on the wiki itself and changed the documentation accordingly. Please have a look at http://www.opensuse.org/index.php/User:Package_Wishlist
