If you create a SR against say openSUSE:Leap:42.3:Update using the Web-Frontend, an error is generated that 'this is a maintenance project and no sumit request can be created. By this, it is not possible to submit a fix via the webfrontend.

If you use the osc CLI and create a SR against a maintenance project, it creates kindly a MR. Webfrontend should do the same.

Advantage: You are able to create a MR from the Web-Frontend
