Bug 1046268 against Tumbleweed "USB Keys are mis-identified by device notifier" is also present in Leap 42.3.
Comment 1 Wolfgang Bauer 2017-08-02 18:05:25 UTC
Ok, but it's not a bug in KDE/Plasma.

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1046268 ***
Comment 2 Mark Hounschell 2017-08-02 19:23:31 UTC
Sorry KDE/Plasma was the component used for bug 1046268 so I just followed what was there.
Comment 3 Mark Hounschell 2017-08-02 19:24:54 UTC
Will marking it as a duplicate cause the fix to be rolled into Lear 42.3?

Yes, for some reason, nobody changed the component there.
But it has been re-assigned to the correct person, I hope.

Well, you mentioned yourself that 42.3 is also affected in the other bug report, so the eventual fix should be backported as well.
