Description Forgotten User vd_J2WSqeK 2005-08-18 09:25:10 UTC
Code10 Beta2

Within the Yast partitioner I came across a message that needs to be updated.

the message "You have rejected the proposal use modify or discard"
suggests to me that there is a Modify or Discard button or menu
selection that I need to select. I find no such selections.
The selection are
O Accept Proposal
O Base Partition Setup on this Proposal
O Create Custom Partition Setup

This should be changed to read:
You have rejected the proposal use one of the options below to continue
the partition operation.

Thomas, The otherday when I ran into this it seemed like I just stumbled on to
this problem screen without doing anything special. After I spoke to you I tried
to reproduce it in order to get the logs. Almost all of the time the screen
displayed appropriate messaging. I did finally reproduce it but it seems kind of
on the fringes. You will not offend me if you flush this bug because it is so
minor and not visable most of the time.

Thanks for taking your time to reproduce this.
I will have a look if it can be avoided to run into that corner case at all.
Comment 3 Thomas Fehr 2005-08-18 10:11:57 UTC
It was caused by execting "Reread Partition Table" in expert partitioner dialog.
I fixed this for beta#3.
