I managed to fix this by going into terminal (super user) and issuing the following commands:

zypper in libyui-qt8
zypper in libyui-qt-pkg8



Reproducible: Always

I have tested the latest Tumbleweed image and these packages are automatically selected to install (when selecting the KDE Plasma desktop).

I think it could have been caused by bug #1052217, there was some broken dependency.
