During installation/download the release notes/checking for new updates: If
this is finished, no button has a focus.

Yes. It may be related to the changes that allow interrupting the test.

Actually it is probably not related. I have just seen the bug on SLES9 SP2.

Fixed in yast2-network-2.13.55.
