Untranslated text in Language section of System Update

Steps:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Software" option in the left navigational panel. 
3. Press the "System Update" option.
4. Click the "Language" hyperlink. 
5. Click the "Details" button to view the 'Language Details' dialog. 

Expected Result:
No untranslated text

Actual Result:
Resulting dialog is untranslated

Strings are coming from country.xx.po
id 1084 msgid "&Detailed Locale Setting"

Message table of string has been changed as hotkey has been added.  Hence 
string has been sent for translation.  Should be fixed in Build Beta4.
