Untranslated text appearing in left hand panel DSL Option

Steps:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "DSL" option.
3. Select the 'DSL Devices' tab. 
4. Click the "Add" button. 
5. Enter native characters in VPI/VCI field and click "Next".
6. On the ISP screen click the "New" button. 

Expected Result:
On the resulting screen text in left hand panel should be translated

Actual Result:
Text is in English

Strings are with translation and should be in for Beta4.
