The heading 'Action' appearing untranslated in FAX options

Steps:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Network Devices" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Select FAX
4. Click the "Add" button

Expected Result:
All headings to be translated

Actual Reslut:
The heading 'Action' is not translated.

"Action" is the same in French. Not an issue.
