log file of failed build

If you import a source from Studio, the root.tar contains the overlay files in
root/studio/overlay-tmp/files

Extraction of these files fails during build process (commands are obviously taken from config.sh). PLease see log files attached!

This seems to be either a kiwi or configuration problem in first place.
Can you provide also the config.sh?
Or even better reproduce it in build.o.o and give a pointer to it?

Example is in https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:DocB/Studio_Express_GNUHealth_2
currently only compiles locally, due to the error in glibc-installation

size issue on the image is resolved, now it builds.
Error message are different between build on OBS and local build on TW:
- in local build, overlay files cause error message
- in OBS build, overlay files are just not processed. packed files for example are just copied to / or home/gnuhealth, but not unpacked
