Help is not localized - on the main screen, the filtering screen for reports, 
on demand reports display screen is not localized

Content was i18n-ized for beta4.
Translation team is waiting for updated pot files from Immunix team. 
Expected delivery 8/31/05 to translation team.
Upon translation updated packages to be generated.
