in light of fate#323526 (switching to Python 3 by default), i'm identifying packages that depend on Python 2.

krb5 itself seems to work fine, but its docs are built on obsolete set of Python2-based tools. It would be nice to either drop the doc building completely (and rely on online or pre-rendered documentation), or move them into a separate spec file, so that the main package doesn't need Python 2
