Detailed description: Untranslated text in Power Management dialog
Configuration: SUSE 10
Build: Beta2 050819

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "System" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Choose "Power Management"
4. Click "Edit Schemes"
5. Choose "Add" or "Edit" button

Expected Result:
All text to be translated

Actual Result:
Untranslated text visible in left pane and in CPU options

Also occurs in German.
Additionally, the German for "scheme" is "Schema". This mistranslated 
throughout the Power Managment option.
