Detailed description: 
Configuration: Suse 10
Build: Beta2 050819
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Click the "Sound" option in the right-hand panel
4. Click the "Add" button.

Expected result: all text should be translated.
Actual result: "Manual Sound Card Selection" is in English

Also a bug in Japanese. Same issue as shown in attachment

String is coming from sound.xx.po
msgid "Manual Sound Card Selection" line id 469

The string has slightly changed since last version hence has been sent out for 
translation. 

Issue should be resolved in BETA5
