Detailed description: YaST Manual TV Card Selection: untranslated text
Configuration: Suse 10
Build: Beta2 050819
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Click the "TV Card" option
4. Click 'Add'.

Expected Result: all text should be localised.
Actual Result: "unknown" is untranslated. 
All other strings are brand names

Also a bug in Japanese. Same issue as shown in attachment

Strings are coming from tv.xx.po 

msgid "Unknown bttv card"

Msgid changed since last version hence English string called in.  
Issue should be resolved in BETA5
