Detailed description: YaST Manual TV Card Selection: Tuner: untranslated text
Configuration: Suse 10
Build: Beta2 050819
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Click the "TV Card" option
4. Click 'Add'.
5. Highlight an "Unkown" card and click "Tuner..."

Expected result: all text should be localised.
Actual result: "No tuner" is untranslated

String is coming from tv.xx.po 

msgid "No tuner"
line id 43

Msgid changed since last version hence English string called in.  
Issue should be resolved in BETA5
