Detailed Description
In the Scan Options section of the Security Options screen, both Inquiry Scan 
and Page Scan are untranslated.

Build: Beta2 050819

Steps:
Click the "Bluetooth" option.
This produces the 'Bluetooth Configuration' window. 
Select 'Enable Bluetooth' radio button. 
Click the 'Security Options' button.
In the Scan Options section of the Security Options screen, both Inquiry Scan 
and Page Scan are untranslated.


Expected Result: Inquiry Scan and Page Scan should be translated.

Actual Result: Inquiry Scan and Page Scan are untranslated.

Strings are coming from Bluetooth.xx.po.

msgid "&Inquiry Scan" line id 280
msgid "&Page Scan" line id 284

Strings have been sent out for translation for DE and ES.  Issue should be 
resolved in BETA5.

Changing status to Closed as translators have informed us that for DE and ES - 
'The translation (or untranslation :) is still the same. These are substates 
of Bluetooth and are not translated into Spanish.'

So strings remain as are.
