Steps:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Click the ""Joystick" option in right panel.
4. Check the dialog

Expected Result:
No untranslated Text

Actual Result:
Untranslated text 'Configuration' in dialog

msgid of string has changed since last version of file.
File is out for translation.  Issue should be resolved by build BETA4 or BETA5.
