I need advice: what is that "libgarcon-branding-openSUSE" which would need deinstallation?

same cause and solution as bug 1067785
Comment 3 Tony Mechelynck 2018-01-19 04:51:35 UTC
The patch has now been successfully applied, with (on my system) updates to packages xfce4-settings, xfce4-settings-lang and xfce4-settings-branding-openSUSE.

=> VERIFIED.
