This is a follow-up of bug 1071125. Changing dracut configuration may have unexpected consequences for kdump, because kdump reuses (abuses?) dracut infrastructure to generate the kdump initrd.

It should be possible to use a custom dracut config file instead, reducing the interdependencies.
