For almost every package I've seen in at least the last few weeks, rpmlint gives an "invalid-desktopfile /usr/share/applications/foo.desktop No valid Unicode".

Is this possibly a regression of https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1063371 ?
