Test Environment:
Build: SLE-15-Installer-DVD-x86_64-RC2-DVD1
       SLE-15-Packages-x86_64-RC2-DVD1
Steps:
1. Root login SLED15;
2. Click the 'drop-down' icon at the top right cornor;
3. Expand the 'root' and click 'Account Settings';

Actual result:
'Account Settings' dialog flashed.

Notes:
non-root user works well for 'Account Settings'.
