Steps:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Click the ""Scanner" option in right panel.
4.Check the 'Other' drop down

No untranslated Text

Untranslated text in drop down

String is coming from scanner.xx.po - msgid "&Restart Detection"

File is in translation. Should be back in for build Beta 4 ro Beta 5 so please 
verify then.
