Steps:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Click the "TV Card" option in the right-hand panel
4. Check the 'TV and Radio Card Setup' dialog

Strings are coming from tv.xx.po
Line id 466-468

The msgid has changed since the strings have slightly changed since last 
version of file.  File has been sent out for translation.

Issue should be resolved in BETA5.
