Cosmetic issue appearing on Proxy Configuration dialog

Steps:
Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
Click the "Network Services" option in the left navigational panel.
Click the "Proxy" option. 

Expected Result:
No cosmetic issues to appear on dialog

Actual Result:
The letter 'L' ' is appearing by itself on the Proxy Configuration dialog

Fixed issue in file network.xx.po

Removed L' from translated string "HTTPS Proxy URL</b> is the name of the 
proxy server for your secured access\n"

Issue should be fixed in BETA 6
