start xchat in kde on desktop 1
add some text to prefs for highlighted text
switch to desktop 2 and do some work
someone will write the text to highlight, xchat icon in taskbar starts to blink
switch to desktop 1 via ctrl f1, activate xchat window were the text was written
switch back to desktop 2 and continue with work

icon in task bar still blinks. it shouldnt do that, got the message already.

current stable, happens also with a 2 weeks old snapshot.
I havent tried it with a fresh user or on a fresh installed system.
