Steps:
Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel.
Click the "TV Card" option

Expected Result:
No untranslated Text.

Actual Result:
Text in left pane is untranslated.

File is out for translation.

Issue should be resolved in BETA 5

Fixed in French build RC1 050909.
