steps to reproduce: install beta3 on a G3-ppc, select kde, begin install.
    installation crashes because of Out-of-memory killer kills X
   `free` says: no swap mounted.

On hda7 you have hfs.  That is will be supported in Beta 4.

this cant be a dup. if Patick manually assigned the swap mount point, it has to
enable swap, no?

On hda7 is hfs an that can't be detected/formated.  Swap is on hda8 but
YaST doesn't come to that point.
