  SubVendor: pci 0x8086 "Intel Corporation"

The sky2 driver will be loaded, the machine will get an IP from dhcp, but then
the network will stop working, no ping possible.

Same here, I can copy small files (100K) but with bigger files the receiver
seems to hang, and run later into overflow, reset the PHY and queus seems to
be not enough to recover. I'm debuging this now, looking for differences
between last sk98lin and sky2.

Same here with Marvell Technology Gigabit Controller (rev 15)
Subsystem: ASUSTek Computer Inc Marvell 88E8053 Gigabit ethernet controller (Asus).
Problems appear also when "rmmod sky2"; it hangs with:
sky2 eth0: disabling interface
unregister_netdevice: waiting for eth0 to become free. Usage count = 1

And then the logs get filled with this. modprobe -r works fine.

The sky2 driver doesn't work at all, so we decided to include sk98lin patches
again, beta4 should have it.
