I noticed after the bug 106250 was solved. the problem solved has a counter part
on normal pages.

when a page (at least near empty ones) have a category, media wiki add a box at
the bottom of the page with that category name.

on opensuse, this box is not visible without a scroll. For example, page:

http://opensuse.org/index.php/New_Users_start_here

look nearly blank, but a scroll shows the category link below.

the same fix is probably needed.
